Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has slammed his colleague, Goya Menor, for taking a swipe at him in a recent interview.
The Daily Post recalls that Goya Menor, while using an elephant and a dog analogy in a recent interview with Hip TV, insinuated that he was not on the same level as Portable and therefore couldn’t beef him up.
The duo fell out of place last year after Portable lambasted Goya Menor, tagging him unpopular,” after the rapper won the Best Street Hop category, which he was disqualified from at the 2022 Headies Awards.
Goya Menor’s recent interview has reignited their beef, as Portable has taken to his social media pages to drop a bombshell reply.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the Zazu crooner slammed Goya Menor for berating him, insisting that the Ameno Amapiano crooner is in no way near him.
Portable said, “They dey call musicians. You dey comot? You? How many hits do you have? Goya Menor [laughs] How many shows him go? How many endorsements do they give me? He says you cannot compare Portable to him.
“I dropped them back-to-back. Zazu! Who knows Zazu? Dem carry award give you; people wey give award sef come regret saying they give you award [laughs].”
