Controversial comedian Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, has taken a swipe at Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu following a viral exchange involving skit maker Mr.
Macaroni.
The drama began when Mr. Macaroni sparked mixed reactions online by declaring his unwavering stance to snub Governor Sanwo-Olu. This came in response to a user on X (formerly Twitter) who criticized him for ignoring the governor during public encounters.
Reacting to the incident, Seyi Law playfully backed Mr. Macaroni, claiming the governor also ignores him during meetings but strangely seeks handshakes from Mr. Macaroni.
Taking to his X handle, Seyi Law wrote:
"Nobody should blame Macaroni for the way he interacts with Gov. @jidesanwoolu. Gov. BOS will see me and act like he doesn’t recognize me, but he’ll still beg Macaroni for a handshake. Everybody get out.”
The humorous jab has since fueled conversations online, further intensifying debates about public figures' interactions with politicians.
