After several weeks of contemplation of his decision to step aside as the leader of the ruling party in the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson has today officially resigned as UK Prime Minister.



However, he will stay on nonetheless, until the Conservative Party gets a new leader.

Boris Johnson replaced David Cameron some years ago due to the former non-alignment to Brexit agitation
