No fewer than 15 travellers were on Saturday attacked and killed by gunmen in Jos, Plateau.



According to report, the travellers were passing through Jos when the gunmen reportedly attacked them and killed at least 15.

The 15 corpses were packed in a tipper while others are reportedly missing.

One of the passengers identified as Muhammad who escaped the attack said they were returning from Bauchi State in an 18 seater bus after attending an event held at Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, mosque, to mark the Islamic New Year when the gunmen ran into them and killed many of the travellers.
