It was another losing day for the outgoing governor of Osun State, Governor Gboyega Oyetola yesterday as a Federal High Court nullified his nomination as the APC flag bearer.

The nullification is based on the fact that the Yobe State governor that forwarded his name to INEC was acting in two capacity as a governor and also as a party chairman which the constitution didn't allow.
With the latest ruling, Oyetola would have been removed haven't he won the main election.
