Fani-Kayode joined APC yesterday and he was taken to the president by the APC caretaker chairman and Governors to meet President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa yesterday

However, the development doesn't sit well with the Lagos state APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, who is fond of criticising his tribesmen just to please the APc

He criticized APC for giving a political “charlatan and prostitute” like Fani-Kayode a great reception.

“Despite all my push for APC, Abuja has not given me a phone talk less of inviting me for coffee with the C-in-C. But here is a political charlatan and prostitute being given a red carpet in the seat of power, Abuja,” Joe Igbokwe wrote.

Meanwhile, Fani-Kayode has said the APC he joined now is different from the APC of the past, and that he wouldn't take all his words about the party back..
