In Maiduguri, a man whose name is identified as Dabs has been arrested by the Borno state civil defense corps for corruption.

The man is a shop owner at new GRA Maiduguri and he was arrested for taping onto the streetlight generator and connecting 21 refrigerators.

The man who been charged to court within the next 48 hours.
