The embattled Oyo State Deputy Governor Rauf Olaniyan has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).He announced his defection from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in his private office, Ojoo, Ibadan in a chat with reporters.Olaniyan has not been on the good side of Seyi Makinde since the beginning of their administration.
