So many losses are still been counted in the recent fire inferno in Lagos island.



Its not only the loss of properties but the worst loss of it all which is the loss of life.

Its been reported that a police man at the site of the burning building in Lagos island has lost his life as the building collapsed and hit him badly where he was standing. The six storey building located at No 43, Martins street Lagos island collapsed around 8:30 pm as the firemen where putting thier best effort to put out the fire. Reports has it that part of the burning building collapsed on the policeman and injured him severely while he was trying to control the surging crowd. He was rushed to the hospital where he gave up the ghost.
