Two Robbers Met Their End in Popular Onitsha Junction
It was a sad end for two suspected armed robbers who were burnt to death by some angry mob in Onitsha, Anambra State.
The two suspects were burnt to death on Wednesday, January 19 at MCC Junction, beside Con-oil Filling Station, along Enugu/Onitsha highway after robbing some residents of their money and valuable items in the Awada area.
The suspects who came in a motorcycle were said to have shot sporadically in the air to scare people but were chased by the mob from Awada to MCC Junction where they were caught and then burnt to death.
The report has it that the suspects disguise themselves as sit-at-home enforcers in the bid to rob residents, but luck ran out on them as they were caught and burnt with their motorcycle.
