The phrase unknown gunmen become so popular of recent, the phrase is used to refer to an attack carried out by some people whose identity cannot be identified or attributed to a particular group.



However, one of the agitator for the republic of Biafra, Ralph Uwazurike who doesn't support the modu operandi of Nnamdi Kanu as now said that the unknown gunmen are the newly formed Eastern Security Network by Kanu.
