According to reports, a 41 years old man identified as Pascal Uba has been gruesomely murdered by the youths of his local community for his accused rape attempt on a lady from thier community in thier village farm. This happened in umuiwuogu community in mbaitoli local government area of imo state. The young man was said to have come back to the village from Lagos three years ago and ever since then has been behaving abnormal. The father of the deceased narrated that nobody reported to him that his son committed any offence prior to the killing of his son by the village youths. He stated that his son was ambushed in his home in the night and taking to a bush where they killed him. The mother also stated that she was aware of the incident and has visited the rape victim and paid for her treatment and damages and that she is now sad over the gruesome killing of his son.
