Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party declared President-Elect of the December 7 Presidential election in the country.

The ECOWAS chairman got relected by securing 51.2% of the total valid vote and defeated his long time political rival cum erstwhile President John Mahami.

NPP was able to secured more that 137 seats in the Parliament too, which give them the edge over NDC.

Congrats to the people of Ghana of the peaceful election.
