The national appeal court sitting in Enugu today ordered the removal of the member representing idemmili north and south in the federal constituency Hon ifeanyi chidoka who was earlier declared winner of the position by the independent national electoral commission and the court declared obinna chidoka of the peoples Democratic party PDP the winner of the election and ordered that the PDP candidate be issued a certificate of return. Obinna chidoka was the one representing the constituency before the last national assembly election and he is also the younger brother to osita chidoka the former director general of federal road safety corps and also the former aviation minister.
