Middlesbrough striker Chuba Akpom has been nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month award for February.
It is the second time the Nigerian-born forward will be nominated for the award this season.
Akpom was shortlisted and won the division’s Player of the Month award in December.
The 27-year-old scored five goals in five league appearances for Boro in February.
The other players nominated for the award are Tom Bradshaw (Millwall), Hjalmar Ekdal (Burnley), and Kyle McFadzean (Coventry City).
Akpom has scored 21 goals in 28 league appearances for Middlesbrough this season.
His manager, Michael Carrick, is also in the running for the Manager of the Month award.
