Emiliano Martinez, the goalkeeper for Argentina, has predicted that Kylian Mbappe, a forward for France, will win multiple Ballon d'Or awards when Lionel Messi finally hangs up his boots as a professional football player.
Following Argentina's victory over France in the 2022 FIFA World Cup championship match, Martinez, 30, has recently come under fire for his treatment of Mbappe.
Many thought the Aston Villa goalkeeper's public mocking of Mbappe was disrespectful.
Martinez has since emphasized that he has nothing personal against the star of Paris Saint-Germain and that he values him greatly.
