With the announcement of 20 housemates competing for a $100,000 grand prize, Big Brother Titans premiered on Sunday.

The South African and Nigerian housemates will compete against one another for fame and a cash prize for 72 days.

The hosts of this year's Big Brother Titans, which is taking place in South Africa, are BBnaija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and BB Mzansi host Lawrence Maleka.

To the audience's amusement, D'banj performed his popular song "Emergency" during the launch.
