Goals from Mayra Ramirez (who scored twice), Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, Sjoeke Nusken, Melanie Leupolz, and the departing Fran Kirby ensured Chelsea's victory and sealed the title for Hayes, who ends her tenure with an impressive seventh WSL title. Despite Manchester City's 2-1 win at Aston Villa, with goals from Mary Fowler and Lauren Hemp, they finished seven goals behind Chelsea on goal difference.
