REAL MADRID DEFEATED LIVERPOOL TO WIN 3RD CONSECUTIVE UCL
Spanish football club, Real Madrid has been proving their dominance in the world stage by winning the 3rd consecutive champions league. Real.Madrid edge it out with Liverpool on Saturday night in Kiev and it was an intense 90mins as both teams kept fans on their fit. Although Madrid won the game but the Reds gave them a run for their money. Goals from Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale and Sadio Mane made it a 3-1 goal thriller in favour of Madrid.
Benzema put the first goal in after a cheeky error from Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius, after Mohammed Sallah has been taken out through a foul by Sergio Ramos. Liverpool equalized minutes after Madrid's goal by Sadio Mane but that wasn't enough as Gareth Bale slot in the second goal through a superb overhead kick to make it 2-1.
Everyone thought there could still be a chance for the Reds before another goal came in through goalkeeper error, after a shot was weakly handled by the keeper. Real Madrid have now won 3 UEFA champions league title in 3 years with the same coach, it's a record no club has achieved.
