All is going smoothly for the Chelsea number one goalkeeper; Edourd Mendy who has won two trophies within two weeks.

In less than a week he has won the AFCON and now the World Club Cup. Below is a collection of all the awards he has won for club, country and self.

Mendy would be shortlisted for the African best players with the Liverpool duos of Sallah, and Mane later in the year.

With the great achievement recorded by Mendy this year, all is set for the Chelsea stopper to be named the best player in Africa.
