Brighton & Hove Albion winger Kaoru Mitoma has revealed his admiration for Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo, adding that he learned dribbling skills from the iconic forward.
Mitoma has been a sensation in the Premier League this season and is being linked with a move to big clubs such as Manchester United and Arsenal.
He has scored nine goals and provided six assists in 27 games for Brighton this season.
The Japan international is blessed with a dribbling skill that has caught the attention of many top clubs in the league.
And the 25-year-old has now revealed that he admires the iconic Ronaldo and modeled his dribbling on the Portuguese great during his childhood.
He told Brighton’s official YouTube channel, “As for players overseas, I used to imitate the dribbling of Cristiano Ronaldo when I was a child.”
Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, is renowned for his trickery and dribbling, which have dominated world football throughout his illustrious career.
