As crisis continues to rock Chelsea due to the sanction giving to the owner of the club, Roman Abramovich by the United Kingdom government, the head coach of the club, Thomas Tuchel has assured the fans and board that he wouldn't be jumping the ship of the club anytime soon.
Tuchel said he and his players have a responsibility to fight for everybody at the club after insisting he will stay at Chelsea at least "until the end of the season".
In their first home game since owner Roman Abramovich was sanctioned and disqualified as a director of the club, Chelsea snatched a dramatic late win over Newcastle.
Meanwhile technical advisor Petr Cech says the club is taking things "day by day" amid ongoing restrictions.
After Kai Havertz's 88th-minute winner at Stamford Bridge, Tuchel assured fans he would not leave them in the lurch.
He said: "There's no doubt I stay until the end of the season. We just have to wait day by day because everything can change.
