Former Chelsea youth team player, Bryan Fiabema, has criticized the club's decision to terminate Thomas Tuchel's contract.

Tuchel, who led Chelsea to victory in the Champions League, Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup, was sacked by the club's new owners in September 2022 due to a series of poor results.

In an interview with The Byline Show, Fiabema expressed surprise at the decision, stating, "I think it was a mistake because if you are at a big club like that, you always have to win trophies." He praised Tuchel's achievements and his impact on the team, suggesting that the club erred in dismissing him.
