Goalkeeper Ibrahim Pius has moved to Katsina United for the 2023–24 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

Pius signed a one-year contract with the Chanji Boys.

He was unveiled at the Katsina United club’s secretariat after completing his medicals.

Pius left Plateau United after the expiration of his contract.

He was behind first-choice goalkeeper Suraj Aiyeleso in the pecking order during his time at Plateau United last season.

He joined the Peace Boys at the start of the 2022–23 NPFL season from the Abia Warriors.
