Kano Pillars of the Nigeria Professional Football League have extended Abdullahi Musa's contract.

Musa and the Sai Masu Gida agreed to a one-year contract extension.

The center-back was essential to Kano Pillars' last season's promotion from the Nigeria National League.

In the upcoming NPFL season, Abdullahi Maikaba's squad is anticipated to heavily feature Musa.

The experienced 27-year-old defender has been with the club since 2019.

He joined Kano Pillars from Wikki Tourists and has played once for the home-based Super Eagles.
