Ralf Rangnick, Manchester United's interim manager, has stated that they cannot rule out a top-four finish in the Premier League as long as it is "mathematically viable.

Rangnick spoke to Sky Sports after Manchester United's 1-1 draw with Leicester City on Saturday.

The visitors took the lead through Kelechi Iheanacho, but Fred equalized just three minutes later.

United are now in sixth place with 51 points, three points behind Arsenal, who are still in fourth place despite having played two fewer games.

Rangnick, on the other hand, is upbeat about their possibilities.

"We can accomplish it as long as it is mathematically possible."
