Antonio Rudiger, Real Madrid's new signing, has stated that he will strive to bring his "leadership" characteristics to Los Blancos.

When Rudiger's Chelsea contract expires this month, he will join Real Madrid.

The 29-year-old is presently on international duty with Germany, competing in the UEFA Nations League.

"Yes, there is pressure, but Real Madrid has a long history." They are accustomed to winning, and their mentality is one of victory. "However, their winning mindset fits my personality," Rudiger told Marca.

"Leadership is a skill that comes naturally to some people. As a defender, you must be aware of your surroundings and communicate with your teammates.

“That is what I try to do. I like to have good communication skills and motivation. I think it’s something that comes naturally to me. It’s not an act. It just comes out like that, "he added.
