During their Sunday Serie A match, Tammy Abraham of Roma told Victor Osimhen of Napoli that the Nigerian striker left the Giallorossi's locker room feeling depressed.
Napoli scored in the 80th minute to secure their 11th victory of the campaign and move four points ahead of AC Milan in second place.
Following his victory over former Manchester United defender Chris Smalling, the ex-Lille striker scored a beautiful goal.
Abraham, a Chelsea product and former Blues striker, was on the other side of the field but was unable to get through to assist the Yellow and Red teams.
According to a video shared on Twitter by German-based Nigerian reporter Oma Akatugba, who was on the ground at the Stadio Olimpico, the Nigeria international and the England striker met up after the match.
And in a private chat, the England striker told his Nigerian counterpart that “he[Osimhen] made the whole [Roma] dressing room sad.”
In all competitions, Abraham scored 27 goals in all competitions in his first season in Italy and helped AS Roma win the Europa Conference League.
