West Ham are planning to sign Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham on loan when the transfer window reopens, according to reports.
This is due to the fact that the club wouldn't be able to sign Jesse Lingard on a permanent basis because the club cannot avoid the money being required by Manchester United.
It is informative to note that, Tammy has not been really favoured with game time since Thomas Tuchel takes over as the Chelsea boss.
The embattled striker is now one of the top targets for West Ham now.
