Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana is close to joining Manchester United this summer transfer window.
Manchester United have made a concrete move for Onana and are hoping to secure a £43 million deal for the keeper’s signature.
The Premier League giants are looking to bring in a new goalkeeper this summer, with David de Gea’s future at Old Trafford hanging in the balance.
Even though De Gea has been offered a new deal on greatly reduced terms, which he had been expected to sign, he has yet to put pen to paper and now has a vastly more lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.
The Spaniard is also aware that the Red Devils want to bring in a new goalkeeper even if he does extend his stay, with his status as the club’s number one no longer assured.
However, according to Sport Mediaset, Onana is advancing and is close to reuniting with his former manager, Erik Ten Hag, at Manchester United.
