Chelsea and Serie A powerhouse AC Milan have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Chelsea and Milan have reached a deal for Loftus-Cheek worth £18.5 million, including add-ons, according to Sky Sport in Italy.

Now that Kalidou Koulibaly and N'Golo Kante have both agreed to terms on transfers to the Saudi Pro League (SPL), Loftus-Cheek will be the third first-team player from Chelsea to leave this summer.

The Englishman is one of many players who have left Stamford Bridge this summer as Chelsea looks to trim its roster under manager Mauricio Pochettino in time for the new campaign.

The 27-year-old played 33 times for Chelsea last season across all competitions, but he was unable to maintain a consistent playing position in midfield.
