Former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara has claimed West Ham captain Declan Rice will join Manchester City over Arsenal this summer.

According to OHara, Rice doesn’t care about Arsenal’s project and will favor a move to Manchester City to win trophies instead of joining the Gunners.

Rice has been heavily linked with moves to Manchester City and Arsenal this summer.

“What do you mean prove himself at Arsenal? He [Rice] is already proven for England,” O’Hara said on talkSPORT (as quoted by HITC).
“I will be really honest. I don’t want to get your (speaking to an Arsenal fan) spirits down here. But if Man City get a deal and Arsenal get a deal, then there is only one club he is going to, and that is Manchester City. He is not signing for Arsenal. You had your moment to sign him, and you didn’t take it.
“You think [Rice] cares about a project? Jack Grealish left Aston Villa. He won four trophies in two seasons. He doesn’t care. Declan Rice can go there and win the Premier League and the Champions League.
“He won’t sign for Arsenal. I am just being honest. ‘Oh, he wants to stay in London.’ He is not going to stay on the moon; he is going to Manchester.”
