According to Jamie Carragher, a legend of Liverpool, Christian Pulisic is "not good enough" for Chelsea.

The former England international questions whether the player's chances at the club will improve under a new manager at Stamford Bridge.

The US international, who has started just one game for the Blues this year, is reportedly dissatisfied with his lack of playing time in west London.

Carragher is not as sure as some people are that Thomas Tuchel's firing will be a good thing for him.

Speaking on CBS Sports, the former England international said, “Do you think he’s not playing because of Thomas Tuchel or himself?"

“I don’t think he’s good enough to play for Chelsea. I think he’s been there for a few years now. I think he’s had enough opportunities.

“I don’t think a new manager is going to completely rejuvenate him or he’s going to play week in and week out now that Tuchel’s gone.”
