Bovi Ugboma, a popular comedian, disclosed on Tuesday that he had been barred from entering the United States.

This was revealed by Bovi while replying to fan questions on Instagram.

A fan had invited him to travel and play in Massachusetts, but Bovi claimed he was barred from entering the country after an altercation with a visa officer resulted in his being classified.

"I'm not allowed to enter the United States," he explained.
When asked if he intended to leave the country, he replied, “I am a citizen of the world." Except for Yankee, where I’m banned. ”
On why he was banned, he responded, "Ill-luck." I met a charity-like visa-issuing officer. Egos clashed. I was labeled. ”
