Wizkid's sidekick, Godson, has thrown some not-so-subtle shade at Yemi Alade after Wizkid's Paris gig sold out.
Fans in Paris flocked to Twitter France to express their disappointment when Wizkid's pre-sale tickets sold out in under a minute.
Wizkid's Made in Lagos tour in France will kick off on November 22nd at the Accor Arena in Paris.
Wizkid FC came to Twitter to congratulate themselves on their victory while also slamming Davido's fans. Wizkid revealed he sold out the performance in less than a minute by uploading a flyer on his Instagram account, escalating the drama.
Godson, Wizkid's sidekick, must have been inspired by the confirmation since he went on Instagram to drag Yemi Alade. Yemi Alade, he claims, will never be able to sell out a 20,400-seat arena till the day she dies.
He claimed that while Yemi Alade and Angelique Kidjo's music is "inspiring and soulful," they will never be able to sell out a stadium like Wizkid did.
This shade arrives just three days after Yemi Alade was awarded a Grammy for her contribution to Angelique Kidjo's album Mother Nature. At the 64th Grammy Awards, Mother Nature won the Grammy Award for Best Global Music Album over Wizkid's Made in Lagos.
