Three people have been killed and four others injured after a gunman opened fire in Paris at a local Kurdish cultural centre.A man has reportedly been arrested in connection with the shooting.The Police are investigating the cause of the incidence.The Kurdish celebrated 10 years anniversary of the martyrs of 3 of their members in the same place just last week.
