In a landmark policy towards equality women in Berlin can now swim topless in the city's public pools if they choose to.
It's being hailed as a step forward for gender equality in the German capital.
It is important to note that it was a punishable offence prior to now if a woman swim topless in a public pool.
Though, there has been mixed reaction towards this development, while some are against the development due to moral or religious stand, some are in support it because of the freedom it gives women.
