Nosa, an employee of a new generation bank, was reportedly killed by suspected cultists in Benin City, Edo State. The tragic incident took place last Thursday evening in the Government Reservation Area (GRA) after Mr. Nosa had finished work for the day.


Sources reveal that Mr. Nosa received a call while at the office, inviting him to a hangout with a friend. Unfortunately, while on his way to the meeting spot, he was ambushed by assailants who opened fire on him. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead on arrival.


Confirming the incident, Chidi Nwabuzor, the Public Relations Officer of the Edo State Police Command, described the event as unfortunate and assured the public that an investigation is underway to bring the perpetrators to justice.
