President Muhammadu Buhari has later yesterday signed the Covid19 Regulations (2020) in compliance with the Quarantine Act of 1926.
It will be recalled that the President declared the total lock-down of three (3) states in Nigeria which are Lagos, Abuja and Ogun States to be initially lock-down for 14 days starting from Monday night.
However, after the declaration by the President, some prominent Nigerians have come for the legality of the president's declaration because it violates the fundamental human right of movement.
But, by signing the Covid19 quarantine regulation act, the president has now back is action with law.
It is instructive to note that the total number of coronavirus case in the country as at 30th March stand at 131 ans 2 deaths.
