Though the rumour has been going around for months but the people involved always debunk the news as untrue, however, Naijacrawl crew can authoritatively say that all is not going smoothly between the incumbent governor of Osun state, Governor Gboyega Oyetola and his predecessor, who is also the interior minister; Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as both politicians set for a show of power this coming Friday.

Friday 27th November will make it two years since the inception of the Oyetola's administration and also will make it a decade that Aregbesola was sworn in as the governor of the state after a prolonged court battle.

However, the two politicians who are of the same political party (APC) are organising different programs to commensurate the anniversary.

Some Oranmiyan groups that are loyal to the Minister are organising 10 years of progressive government in Osun while the state government of Osun is organising two years of progress.

It will be noted that despite Buhari directive for all the ministers to go back to their state for consultation after the riot that followed the #EndSARS protest Aregbesola has not visited Osun for that, his visit was just for technical purpose, he was in Lagos yesterday were he delivered a long speech.

However, the citizen of the state are panicking as a result of this imminent power show down that will happen in the state capital on Friday.

Oyetola's aide has said the program being organised by the Aregbesola loyalist is not legal and authorized in the state.

What is happening in APC Osun can be likened in what the nation just witnessed in the just concluded Edo gubernatorial election.

Naijacrawl prays Peace keep reigning in Osun.
