In the days leading up to Monday's Premier League match at Old Trafford against Liverpool, Casemiro will reportedly be formally introduced as a Manchester United player.
The Brazilian international is expected to sign a four-year contract with the option of a fifth, the Red Devils announced on Friday night after reaching an agreement with Real Madrid.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Casemiro has now completed his medical with the Premier League club but is waiting for his visa to be able to make his debut.
The Brazilian will not be involved in Monday’s game with Liverpool but is likely to be available to make his debut in next weekend’s Premier League clash with Southampton at St Mary’s.
According to Marca, Casemiro will say goodbye to the Real Madrid fans at a press conference on Monday before making the trip to Manchester.
The report claims that the South American will be presented to the Old Trafford crowd ahead of the Premier League clash with Liverpool.
Meanwhile, it is understood that Casemiro will wear the number 18 shirt for Man United, which has previously been sported by the likes of Paul Scholes, Ashley Young and Bruno Fernandes.
