Chelsea and Leeds have reached “full agreement” for the transfer of Raphinha.

This is according to Italian transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Romano claims the official bid accepted is between £60m and £65m with add-ons included.
He tweeted: “Chelsea and Leeds have reached full agreement for Raphinha! Official bid accepted at around £60-65m [add ons included]. main part of the amount to be paid immediately. It’s done between clubs. "
Chelsea’s bid has at this point trumped Arsenal's, who had an opening bid rejected but are expected to go back in with an improved offer.
The Blues are also in for Raheem Sterling, with Manchester City expecting an offer for the England international.
Raphinha joined Leeds two seasons ago and has scored 17 Premier League goals.
