Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe would receive a stunning bonus and salary if he stays at the club this season.
Mbappe could be on his way out of the club this summer, but he is set to bag a preposterous sum if he stays put.
The former Monaco forward has been dropped from Luis Enrique’s squad for their pre-season tour of Japan, fueling exit reports.
The 24-year-old’s contract at Parc des Princes expires in 2024 with the option to trigger a one-year extension, but he has told PSG that he does not intend to extend his stay beyond next summer.
Mbappe signed a bumper three-year contract in the summer of 2022 that promised him a €180 million signing-on bonus, a whopping salary of €630 million over three years and the power to have a say in transfer decisions at the club
But his future has once again come under question as transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said that the France national team captain is officially on sale now.
PSG is now open to selling him, but he could make a fortune by staying at the French capital club.
For starters, he could receive another €72 million in salary, more than any player in Europe, and his second installment of the signing bonus, which is €60 million.
Moreover, Mbappe would also earn a €90 million loyalty bonus, all of which amounts to over €200 million. That’s according to France Bleu Paris journalist Romain Beddouk.
