Anietie Uko has parted ways with the Shooting Stars ahead of the 2023–24 Nigeria Professional Football League season.



The attacking midfielder joined the Oluyole Warriors in 2021.

Uko registered seven goals during his two-year stay with the Oluyole Warriors.

The player is rumored to be negotiating a move to another NPFL team.

Rivers United, Enyimba, and Lobi Stars are reportedly interested in Uko.

The midfielder featured three times for the Golden Eagles in 2015.
