Popular hip hop star, Folarin Falano, popularly known as Falz has been given 7 days ultimatum by the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) to pull down his video which he titled "this is Nigeria" from YouTube.

The video which has been creating many buzz on social media, is a spin off of "this is America" by Childish Gambino, it was recreated by Falz to point out some issues in Nigeria. As many are applauding the video with its creativity and precise way of addressing the current situation of Nigeria, other see it as a disrespect to certain religion. Hence, the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has frowned to the aspect of the video which features girl dancer with the Muslim "Ijab" wear dancing "Shaku Shaku" and they have given the artist 7 day ultimatum to remove the video and apology is widely published or be filed with law suit.

Falz had earlier explained that the girls dressed in hijab dancing the “shaku shaku” dance were a representation of the abducted Chibok girls still in Boko Haram captivity but the group doesn't reason it like he did, they claim “The video manifests ethnic bias against Fulanis while it ignored the criminal activities of ethnic militia of the Middle Belt who have also massacred Fulanis and rustled their cattle in their thousands."
