Wizkid's manager and baby mama, Jada Pollock, has reacted to the singer's double Grammy Award loss.
She took to Twitter to express her displeasure with the Recording Academy for choosing Mother Nature over Made In Lagos. Jada remarked in a now-deleted tweet on Twitter that the Recording Academy's committee is full of differing viewpoints. She accused them of putting their personal preferences ahead of reality.
"Facts speak louder than a committee full of views when everything is said and done." I'm just going to leave it here... "
Jada went on to outline a number of the album's accomplishments, suggesting that the facts are enough to win Wizkid the Best Global Music Album award.
Wizkid's album "Made in Lagos" was snubbed at the 64th Grammy Awards, with Angelique Kidjo's "Mother Nature" taking home the award for Best Global Music Album. His chart-topping "summer tune," "Essence," was similarly neglected in favor of Aftab's hit.
This news comes only hours after Naomi chastised the Grammys for incorrectly categorizing Wizkid's song.
