The incident happened in obiagu axis of ogui community in Enugu state on Saturday September 14. The culprit identified as Mr Anayo and also a dwarf was reported to have used some magic to cause the disappearance of a man's penis after shaking hands with the young man. The victim also identified as Mr Sunday Ebubechukwu gave his own account of the incident, he said that he started feeling some weakness after he shook hands with the dwarf. He later discovered that his penis was already missing when he raised an alarm. The people passing around the area descended on the dwarf and gave him the beating of his life, they were about killing the young man before the police arrived the venue and took the culprit away to the station for proper investigation. 

The Enugu state police state spokesperson Ebere Amaraizu admitted that the case has gotten to their office as at the time of this report and that they are with both the culprit and the victim and assures that the law will take its course.
