The personnel of the Nigerian Police force have arrested two yet to be identified protesters at the Lekki tollgate this morning.The protesters were arrested based on the fact that they were about to honour those that lost their lives at that place a year ago when the officials of the Nigerian Army attacked protesters.Despite the arrest, the organizers of the memorial program said there will be a procession at the place later today.
