It was a dramatic events as a fake Department of State Services (DSS) personnel got arrested in Makurdi for impersonating a security operative while Escorting fake first lady of Benue state.

Reports indicate that the imposter was working as an orderly to a woman who had been parading herself as the Acting First Lady to Governor Hyacinth Alia.

According to eyewitnesses, the suspect's cover was blown after concerned citizens raised alarms over certain suspicious activities taking place within the state capital. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the individual in question was not affiliated with the DSS but had been masquerading as a member of the agency.

Following his arrest, the fake DSS personnel was summarily handed over to his "colleagues" from the DSS for onward interrogation. The security agency has since assured the public that a thorough investigation will be conducted into the matter and those found guilty of any wrongdoing, will face the full wrath of the law.

The incident has once again brought to light the issue of security breaches and the need for adequate measures to be put in place to ensure the safety of citizens and the preservation of law and order within the country.

It is interesting to know that, the Benue state governor is a Catholic priest, and doesn't have a wife, which means, there is no first lady in Benue state.
