The winner of the bankers award 2022 has been announced, and Zenith Bank Plc has been declared as the best bank in Nigeria for 2022.



The annual bankers award is given to the best bank in Nigeria ranging from customer satisfaction, excellence service deliver and many other economic factors.

Though, there has been many criticisms of the award received by Zenith bank due to the porous services being experienced by the customers of the bank.

There has been several issue of complain especially on the zenith mobile app and the USSD platform for several weeks now, and this are the things that triggers the criticism of zenith bank being named the best bank in the country.
